Role Overview

The Senior Director will drive strategic growth, lead complex engagements, mentor teams, and build client relationships within our Global Insurance Services (GIS) team. This team advises major insurers on strategic, mission-critical issues to develop competitive advantages. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the insurance industry, with proven business development success and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with senior insurance executives
• Provide strategic advice on industry issues, including strategy, transformation, risk management, and M&A
• Support GIS service lines: Strategy, Transformation, Data & Analytics, Actuarial, Risk Management, Litigation
• Lead complex client engagements and manage teams
• Conduct industry research and develop insights
• Mentor junior team members and oversee project delivery
• Analyze industry trends and promote brand awareness across EMEA

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years\’ experience in the insurance industry
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) in relevant field
• Proven consulting experience with insurance focus
• Deep industry knowledge and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
• Experience managing complex projects and delivering results
• Eligibility to work in the UK
