About the Role: The Recruitment Associate will coordinate activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, generating MI, and supporting candidate onboarding. This role supports the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and focuses on executive hires across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage executive-level (MD and SMD) candidate interviews, including meeting room bookings, travel & accommodation arrangements, and catering.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Executive recruiting teams to draft complex employment offers and contracts.
- Process invoices and expenses.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with audits in recruitment systems and trackers.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment services and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiting managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the Post Recruitment Interview process, including addressing concerns, and producing quarterly reports on trends and improvements.
- Design and deliver upskilling initiatives, communications, and training to ensure consistent knowledge and processes across the region.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in HR or recruitment roles, especially with complex offer and contract processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Self-motivated with good judgment, prioritization, and initiative.
- Methodical work approach and strong prioritization skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Background in office administration; experience in professional services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Taleo or similar ATS is an advantage.
