About The Role
In Business Transformation at FTI Consulting, we support clients during their moments of truth – complex and challenging situations requiring the support of experts with impact. We focus on our clients’ strategic, operational, and financial needs by addressing the full spectrum of operational, financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders. Our services include performance improvement, value creation, pre-deal commercial and operational due diligence, carve-out, post-merger integration, business plan development, and can include interim management. Our demanding customer base relies on small and senior expert teams.
What You’ll Do
- Depending on capability and opportunity, being a part of a project and supporting team with analysis and deliverable creation.
- Researching an identified sector or business to evaluate past trends, strategic, operational, commercial issues, opportunities and potential improvement areas.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Must be a current MBA student.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience preferred.
- Past experience in consulting, financial, analytical, business and commercial roles preferred.
- Have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and relish problem-solving.
- Can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Are collaborative and have good project and people management skills.
- Are able to conduct research effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
