In this CFO advisory role within Corporate Finance & Restructuring, you help clients optimize the finance function and support CFOs in strategic, operational and capital decisions.
You will lead client engagements, build relationships, and contribute to practice development.

Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality client work and develop relationships for CFO advisory engagements
- Project management and hands-on leadership of engagement work streams with limited oversight
- Support Senior Managing Directors and Managing Directors in growing the practice
- Develop knowledge management tools, methodologies, reports and processes
- Assist with practice development and marketing materials, surveys, events and case studies
- Contribute to thought leadership relevant to CFOs and the OCFO practice
- Key requirements
- Substantial experience leading and managing teams of junior resources
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and ability to develop financial models with minimal oversight
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with senior-level executives
- Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills; strong sense of urgency
- Results-oriented with a CFO advisory background and attention to detail
- Strategic business acumen and ability to address broader business issues
- Influencing and partnering skills; collaborative and energizing leadership style
