The Construction Solutions team offers unparalleled expertise to help our clients resolve disputes, improve construction project delivery, and develop processes that ensure improved schedules and project financial performance. The practice consists of construction and engineering professionals who work on the largest projects around the world. Their services include Claims Advisory and Quantum and Delay Expert Witness Services, in support of major construction claims, and dispute resolution through ADR, Arbitration and Litigation.
What You'll Do
FTI Consulting's Construction Solutions business unit is seeking professionals with experience in delay analysis, project advisory services and construction scheduling. As part of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice, our Construction Solutions group offers a broad range of contract advisory services to assist owners, contractors and law firms in the prevention, management and resolution of construction disputes. The successful individual will have a bachelor's degree, typically in engineering or construction management, with experience in a contracting and/or consulting environment, performing programme management and delay and claims analysis. Prior experience in a consulting environment is not essential but would be an advantage.
Responsibilities Include
- Performing claims and schedule delay analysis.
- Providing and performing schedule management and advice.
- Assisting with the preparation of expert reports in dispute resolution procedures.
- Providing a high-quality and timely service to our Clients.
