What You\’ll Do
As a Graduate Consultant you will be an integral part of a team. You will engage in activities that support our clients\’ projects and contribute to our firm\’s business development and intellectual capital development efforts. Our team has a strong focus on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector, with particular depth in digital infrastructure and media & entertainment sub-sectors. You will work on projects in disruptive and disrupted sectors and learn from experienced consultants who mentor you in identifying challenges, performing in-depth analysis and generating insights that shape strategic decisions. You will conduct in-depth research, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings into clear presentations and reports, and participate in client and internal meetings. You will collaborate with senior team members to support planning, coordination and implementation. The program is designed to hone analytical and problem-solving skills and position you as a key member of the team. You will gain hands-on exposure to the TMT sector, with problems at the forefront of today\\\’s global trends.

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor\\\’s degree or completing a master\\\’s program with a graduation date before June 2026
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the program
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s)
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred majors: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Logical and lateral thinker, intellectually curious, highly organized and structured
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence in an international environment
- Team player with experience working in diverse settings and cultural awareness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interest in strategy consulting and in FTI\\\’s focus areas, including Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT)
