Our Corporate Finance team focuses on our clients' strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional tests faced by corporations, boards, private‑equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders. We are looking for an Insolvency Case Administrator to join our growing team in Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Support pre‑insolvency work in relation to appointment preparations and client onboarding procedures.
- Deal with a broad range of insolvency matters such as asset realisations, statutory reporting, claims agreement, dividends, investigations and case reviews.
- Take a lead role in progressing cases and strategy delivery, liaising with clients, creditors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and relevant regulations at all times.
- Train and coach new joiners to the team and report into senior team members and appointment takers.
- Drive process improvements and support the implementation of innovative technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Support relevant pre‑insolvency engagements such as insolvency options reviews and contingency planning.
