About The Role
FTI Data & Technology Transformation is a multi-disciplined team that focuses on using digital solutions coupled with deep subject matter expertise to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients. We have a strong track record of helping companies drive EBITDA and ROIC value from digital and data. We also serve as an R&D function for the company, developing internal tools, solutions and proof-of-concepts to put us ahead of the market. Our team is based across London and Dublin. Our team has three capability areas – Data, Technology and Transformation Services:

What You\’ll Do
Our team of professionals provide data and analytics solutions coupled with deep subject matter expertise to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients across our capability areas. Day-to-day tasks will vary by day, but you can expect to:
- Utilise strong analytical skills to provide solutions for both technical and business related issues.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine data requirements and strategies.
- Participate in identifying and delivering business improvements to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities.
- Contribute to problem solving and delivering robust analysis and updates that benefit the clients\’ business objectives.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- A minimum of a 2:1 bachelor\’s degree in a subject that involves finance, business, mathematics, computer science, technology, data analytics, or any other STEM subjects, Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess an understanding of the project lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office
- Proven capability to manage and analyse large volumes of data
- Ability to be a team player
- Willingness to research, analyse and develop new skills
- Experience in any of the following technical capabilities:
- Reasonable knowledge of fundamental computer science concepts (time/space complexity, hashing, simple algos for sorting/searching/etc.)
- Familiarity with an SQL-like language
- Experience with Python or other programming language
- Experience with basic data wrangling/cleaning in a dataframe package (e.g. R\’s data.frame, or Python\’s pandas)
Application Process
- STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.
- STEP 3: Attend a competency-based video interview to explore your skills and motivations between 26th- 30th January 2026.
- STEP 4: Attend in-person interview at our FTI London office between 17th- 21st November 2025.
- STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates by 22nd December 2025.
