We are looking for a talented and ambitious data and digital communications practitioner to join our award‑winning team in London. As a Senior Consultant you will be part of both the firm’s multi‑practice team and the global Digital & Insights group, supporting our growing data and analytics team across the EMEA and APAC regions. The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of projects that help our clients and colleagues make sense of the world and to chart an effective path forward. They will also work in unison with other subject matter experts to create holistic solutions for clients. The role requires a significant level of technical knowledge relating to communications and reputational data, natural language processing, data engineering in consulting environments, or AI and the application of analytics in relation to solving reputational challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Support projects in the areas of audience & influencer insights, conversation & media analysis, campaign & message performance, event assessment and more.
- Lead on implementing solutions on small‑scale insights projects and be a critical member of the bigger team.
- Use existing platforms and tools to collect and analyse data, deploying the latest in AI technology, strategy and practice.
- Employ a variety of qualitative, statistical and machine learning‑oriented approaches to investigate and interpret data.
- Work with other data scientists to build and support custom solutions, applications and processing pipelines.
- Interrogate multiple data sources and extract insights by combining information from each.
- Detect hidden patterns, identify trends, reveal drivers, predict developments, visualise similarities and differences, and otherwise leverage data to deliver actionable communications insights.
- Create visually compelling reporting and presentations.
- Act as an advocate of analytics inside the firm to evangelise the further adoption of data‑driven solutions.
- Help the team innovate by introducing novel tools and techniques to drive client value and internal productivity.
- Collaborate with other experts on the research, planning and development of data‑driven projects.
- Support new business efforts by delivering data‑driven insights to inform our approach.
- Assist in the development of presentations, client decks and pitches.
