About the Role We are looking for a senior corporate affairs professional with:
A deep understanding of the (re)insurance market
Strong connectivity across the sector
Proven ability to commercialise a network
A track record of advising C‑suite / Heads of corporate affairs
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing (re)insurance client accounts
Deliver best‑in‑class client management and advisory capabilities
Support the growth strategy of the team, collaborating with leaders to commercialise the network and identify additional client opportunities
Lead client counsel with authority, delivering clear advice to senior decision‑makers
Draft and develop commercial proposals
Innovate the firm’s service offering within Strategic Communications to maintain a market‑leading value proposition
Proactively upskill and mentor team members, oversee revenue growth and profitability measures, and act as an ambassador for the firm in industry circles
Represent the business with other parts of the firm and participate in firm‑wide commercial and talent development initiatives
Qualifications Expertise in (re)insurance and ideally financial services, with an established market reputation for expertise
Strong industry and media relationships, with an ambition to expand these
Corporate affairs mindset with firm understanding of channels beyond media
Excellent track record of growing and leading accounts, building long‑lasting client relationships
Hands‑on, collaborative approach and ability to spot emerging market trends that could impact clients
Authority and influence to deliver clear advice to senior decision‑makers with an expert grasp of technical subject matter
