About the Role
We are seeking a driven and proactive Recruitment Adviser to support our offices in Europe and Asia.
The role sits within a seven‑person team covering HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development and reports to the Recruitment and L&D Manager.
The Adviser will support lateral recruitment across consulting and business services, headcount reporting, recruitment forecasting, workforce analysis and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local hiring managers to attract, source and progress candidates for billable and non‑billable positions.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with local offices and advise on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other recruitment filing systems.
- Develop and refine talent planning and recruitment forecasting models.
- Analyse headcount data to identify trends, capacity constraints and hiring requirements.
- Align hiring plans with business needs and forecasted demand across billable and non‑billable functions.
- Extract and validate headcount and recruitment data from Workday and deliver cyclical reporting with consistency and precision.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting methodologies and data integrity.
- Draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with Compass Lexecon’s positioning.
- Support employer branding efforts to attract high‑calibre talent.
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidate and stakeholder queries in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events for an efficient process.
- Provide broader support across the HR and Learning & Development teams and contribute to team initiatives and wider people activities across the region.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting lateral recruitment activity across multiple locations and stakeholder groups in a professional services environment.
- Experience with headcount reporting, workforce planning, recruitment analytics or talent data.
- Experience building and maintaining reporting models and analysing data trends.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, preferably Workday.
- Experience using AI tools (Co Pilot, Claude, Llama, Chat GPT) and working with data in Power BI and Excel is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced IT skills to handle large and complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple offices.
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to challenge the status quo.
