About the Role
Our People and Transformation practice helps organisations navigate change in a way that works for both the business and its people. We support clients through transformation by aligning leadership, engaging teams, building capability, and shaping cultures that can adapt and thrive. The result is change that is better understood, better adopted, and more sustainable over time.
Responsibilities
- Change Management: Take organisations and their people on a journey of change, helping them transition from a current to a new state successfully and sustainably.
- Organisational Culture: Define, develop and articulate organisational culture. Design and implement initiatives that embed cultural values, practices and behaviours to drive performance and effectiveness.
- Workforce and HR: Design and reshape organisations to meet evolving business strategies and new ways of working. Support restructuring, functional, digital and cultural transformation and enable more effective organisation delivery.
- Leadership Excellence: Enable leaders to shape vision and purpose, exemplify behaviour, articulate success and drive change. Coach new leaders and align managers to build commitment and performance.
- Learning & Capability Development: Design, facilitate and deliver strategic learning and development solutions, ranging from C‐suite to broader staff, including training programmes, diagnosis, coaching and off‐sites.
- Communications & Engagement: Help clients engage, energise and inspire their people; develop employee value propositions and internal communications to increase engagement and performance across the organisation.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of consulting or in‐house experience in leadership, change, HR or employee communications.
- Analytical‐thinking, problem‐solving and experience in design, development and delivery of impactful solutions.
- Strong project management skills, coordinating client teams, managing time, deliverables and workload.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced team and independently when needed.
- Strong written and spoken English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Business development experience including trend analysis, research and proposal writing.
- Networking skills and ability to initiate, develop and broaden professional relationships.
- Understanding of AI tools and how to leverage them in change programmes.
- Experience supporting the production of thought‐leadership papers, point‐of‐view documents and website articles.
- Degree‐level qualification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci).
