We are looking for Senior Consultants who can operate at the intersection of operations, technology, and value creation for leading Private Equity funds. In this hands‑on, high‑visibility role you will assess performance, identify upside, and deliver change at pace in fast‑moving deal environments.
What You’ll Do
- Operational & Technology Due Diligence
- Build a bottom‑up view of how a business really works – operations, systems, architecture, scalability, and risks.
- Identify red flags.
- Quantify investment needs.
- Translate findings into commercial implications for investors.
- Value Creation & Modernisation
- Develop investor‑ready value creation plans across operational and technology levers such as pricing, procurement, automation, cloud migration, platform consolidation, productivity, and SG&A optimisation.
- Sign to Close Execution
- Shape TSAs, Day1 readiness plans, and continuity strategies across operations, IT, data, access, and security.
- Identify critical path items that could impact deal timelines or stability.
- Post‑Deal Integration & Separation
- Lead workstreams on synergy capture, cost take‑out, footprint consolidation, IT carve‑outs, system migrations, and platform integrations.
- Work directly with operators, CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leads to deliver, not just recommend, change.

- Experience on buy‑side or sell‑side transactions across operational or technology workstreams, or equivalent.
