About The Role
This role sits within the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and supports Experienced Hire recruitment across the region. The Experienced Hire team is responsible for hiring a wide range of roles, from Consultant level through to Senior Director, across Corporate Finance. The successful candidate will join a wider EMEA HR function of over 80 professionals - encompassing Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits - within FTI Consulting, which operates in 16 countries across EMEA.
Our team is focused on direct sourcing, attracting diverse candidates, and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers and supporting your business areas in identifying the best talent for current and future roles.
