The FTI PE Performance Improvement team operates in a fast-paced environment delivering high-impact consulting projects for Private Equity clients in the UK, EMEA, and beyond, including corporates.

Our EMEA Business Transformation team, which includes the PE Performance Team, has experienced impressive growth, with offices across the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Middle East, South Africa, and globally in North America, Latin America, and Asia.
