About The Role
An individual in this position will be responsible for facilitating strong corporate collections to the operations group, ensuring timely payments from a growing customer base and coordinating with the Forensic Litigation Consulting Project Assistant team.
What You'll Do
- Review aged Accounts Receivable balances and contact clients, via phone and email, to facilitate payments.
- Establish methodological process for continuously canvassing all of Forensic & Litigation Consulting (FLC) as well as other FTI segments' crossover aged AR and performing routine follow-ups and check-ins to ensure timely payments.
- Proactively establish contact points with clients' Accounts Payable contact and preemptively ensure access to billing systems is in place prior to invoicing.
- Identify and resolve technical issues preventing client payments (access to eBilling sites, resolving rejection errors etc.).
- Collaborate with FLC relationship managers where appropriate to facilitate client payments.
