About the Role

The Global Talent Development (TD) Team is part of FTI’s dynamic Global Human Resources practice.

It supports development for all global employees and works closely with internal customers in the billable side of the firm.

You will design, develop, and deliver in‑person and virtual learning programs that build core capabilities and a high‑standard talent development pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with internal customers to assess learning needs and design development options.
  • Plan, design, and develop competency‑based curriculum and blended learning programs.
  • Create engaging learning activities, exercises, and media such as audio, video, simulations, role plays, and games.
  • Facilitate training programs in person or virtually, including train‑the‑trainer events.
  • Maintain project documentation, course folders, and training logistics.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and ROI, and refine programs based on results.
  • Collaborate across regions with global Talent Development leaders to align with strategy.
  • Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in learning & development curriculum development and training solutions.
  • 2+ years working in a professional services environment.
  • 2+ years supporting customers virtually.
  • Experience with learning tools such as Articulate and Synthesia.
  • Ability to travel to FTI offices as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Global experience.
  • Proficiency in Power Point, Word, Excel, Share Point, Office 365, Zoom, Teams.
  • Experience with psychometric tools such as Di SC and Myers‑Briggs Type Indicator.
  • Formal Instructional Systems Design expertise.
  • Vendor management and evaluation experience.
  • Development of blended learning solutions, including micro‑learning.
  • Strong research, proofreading, writing, and editing skills.
  • Business acumen and consultative skills to influence change.
  • Self‑starter with a results‑based orientation.
  • Project management of multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Positive relationship‑management and engagement skills.

You will work with a global team to bring learning solutions to internal clients, providing high‑visibility projects and opportunities to develop professional skills.
