Job Description
Voice Engineer, SIP & Audicodes – London/Hybrid
SIP Voice Engineer with experience of supporting telephony required for our client in the financial services sector. Must have Audicodes support experience in an enterprise environment.
You will need previous experience supporting the following in a commercial environment we would like to hear from you:
- SIP Trunking, Hosted VoIP, IP Telephony
- Audiocodes
You will be an excellent team player, be proactive and clear with customer communication, thrive in an environment where you are trusted to be work smart/work hard, without micro management, and be 100% focused on delivering excellent service using strong technical and diagnostic skills.
