We are busy and looking for two Account Managers to join our team.
FT Recruit are a well established business with an enviabale portfolio of clients.
This is a non sales role and will be working with existing business.
- You will be required to
- Interview and screen candidats
- Attend client sites to perform inductions
- Schedule candidates onto shifts
- Manage a pool of workers
- Process holiday pay
- General recruitment duties.
This role does include some out of hours work but you will be working a 40 hour week.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who is loves recruitment but doesn't enjoy the sales side of the role.
You must have relationship building skills and be able grow business through service.
