Overview
Onsite Shift Co-ordinator. £21,000 - £27,000 + performance bonus and commission. We are looking for additions to our teams in the managed service sector. We have a busy contract and require two additional headcount to assist with the day to day management. This role is working as part of a team. This is an urgent vacancy so please feel free to make contact to discuss further.
Responsibilities
- Advertising vacancies
- Dealing with ad response
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Meeting compliance requirements i.e. reference checks etc.
- Filling shifts
- Managing absence, sickness etc.
Requirements
- Experience of working onsite and be used to dealing with high volumes
- Candidates who can speak another language are encouraged to apply (including Hindi, Punjabi etc.) alongside English
