We are delighted to be working with a well-known local organisation who are looking to appoint a Tenant Liaison Officer to support a refurbishment programme in the area, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 5–6 months.

\n

Acting as the main point of contact for residents, you’ll work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and the client to coordinate access, manage queries and help ensure the programme runs smoothly with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key point of contact for residents throughout the refurbishment works.
  • \n

  • Keep tenants informed of planned works, timescales, access requirements and any changes to the programme.
  • \n

  • Coordinate property access and arrange appointments with residents.
  • \n

  • Build strong relationships with tenants and deal with queries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • \n

  • Work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and the client to coordinate activity and resolve issues.
  • \n

  • Carry out resident visits and welfare checks where required.
  • \n

  • Support the wider project team to ensure refurbishment works progress smoothly and with minimal disruption to residents.
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate records of resident communications, appointments and any issues raised.
  • \n

  • Identify and help resolve problems quickly, keeping residents informed throughout.
  • \n

This is a full time role, based in the city centre office 5 days per week, and ideally you should be able to start at short notice. You should be confident dealing with residents from a wide range of backgrounds and comfortable handling queries or complaints in a calm and professional manner. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with an approachable personality and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and project teams.
