Calling all Service Desk Engineers in the Central Belt of Scotland looking for a new career opportunity and able to commute to client site 5 days per week (free parking). This is your chance to join a small IT support function looking after around 2000 users spread across various offices in the central Scotland region. This is mostly desk based; however, there will be scope to travel to various offices from time to time (you’ll get the use of a company vehicle).
In return for your skills and experience you’ll receive a salary in the region of £28k to £30k + some excellent benefits including: 33 days holiday, private health care, life assurance etc.
To be considered for this role you should have the following skills & experience:
- Previous experience in an IT Service Desk role (1st & 2nd line support)
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Demonstrable experience supporting the Microsoft Suite (MS Exchange, O365 etc.)
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage your own time working to defined KPI’s and SLA’s
- A clean driving license is essential for this role
