FT Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Coordinator based in Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis, with some flexible working available. This is a varied, office-based role supporting sales activity across key customers and market sectors, working closely with engineering, production and operations to ensure accurate quotations and a high level of customer service.

Main duties include:

  • Managing and responding to customer enquiries
  • Preparing cost estimates, quotations and proposals
  • Liaising with engineering and production teams to progress enquiries and orders
  • Supporting the sales team with reporting, forecasting and follow-up activity
  • Acting as a key point of contact for nominated accounts
  • Assisting with customer visits, exhibitions and networking events
  • Supporting marketing activity including website content, social media and promotional materials

Suitable candidates should have the following:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to learn technical products and work across multiple departments
  • Experience in a technical, manufacturing, marine or subsea environment would be advantageous but is not essential

Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
