FT Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our long-established client to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll professional for the position of Payroll Lead. Reporting into Finance, this role will take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing and reporting of monthly payrolls for both local and overseas entities, while getting assistance from a Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete responsibility for processing the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and strict deadline observance.
  • Overseeing the administration of all new hires and leavers.
  • Time and attendance data must be uploaded accurately and on time.
  • Processing SSP, SMP, and SPP, and all other statutory payments.
  • Calculating overtime and holiday pay in accordance with laws and company policies.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance to the rules for pension auto-enrolment.
  • Overseeing arrestment orders, making sure that the right deductions are made, and making timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and correct payroll records.
  • Ensuring full compliance to pension and payroll laws, including statutory reporting and year-end processes.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar payroll leadership role, demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach, and possess strong IT/Software skills.
