The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

FT Recruitment is working with a global energy business looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its fast-paced payroll team. This position is responsible for processing payrolls across various offices, locations and sites.

Key duties:

  • Process payrolls from start to finish in a timely manner.
  • Process weekly & monthly payrolls (invoice collation & timesheet processing).
  • Process payments in line with different pay agreements.
  • Process new starts and leavers along with any necessary termination benefits.
  • Compute and disburse occupational sick pay, SMP, SPP, and SSP.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Create reports for different business departments.

Candidates must have previous payroll experience, ideally within a multi-currency environment, and be comfortable with processing payroll from start to finish.
