FT Recruitment is working with a well-known business in the Inverurie area that is looking to hire a Part-time Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Our client offers a flexible working pattern and would be looking for the successful candidate to work 24 hours a week. This is an office-based role.
Key duties:
- Accurately process purchase invoices
- Reconcile statements and invoice queries
- Assist the finance team with payroll runs and month-end reporting activities
- Assist the team with general administrative and financial support
Candidates should have experience working in a similar role, whilst experience with Xero or Sage is beneficial but not essential.
