Are you passionate about cyber security and skilled at engaging diverse audiences? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing security awareness programme within a global organisation, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how cyber security is understood across the business. Working as part of a high-performing IT Security team, you’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative training initiatives, driving engagement and embedding a strong security culture across multiple regions and functions. You’ll take the lead on developing and enhancing a comprehensive cyber security awareness programme—delivering impactful training, running engaging campaigns, and introducing new initiatives to keep security front of mind across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver cyber security training initiatives across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead phishing awareness campaigns and email security training programmes
  • Design and deliver an annual Cyber Security Awareness Month (webinars, content, campaigns)
  • Coordinate and run cyber security simulation exercises and drills
  • Partner with business continuity teams to ensure continuous improvement from lessons learned
  • Build and manage an internal Cyber Champions Network
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance delivery and engagement

About You

  • Proven experience delivering IT training to varied audiences
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Confident presenter, able to engage large and diverse groups
  • Experience running phishing simulations and awareness campaigns
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently while collaborating across wider teams
  • Previous exposure to cyber security environments
  • Experience with immersive simulation platforms is advantageous
