We are delighted to be partnering with a local business and success story as they look to engage with a Fractional Finance Director / CFO to work closely with senior leadership and an established, high performing Finance team. This role will provide strategic financial direction while maintaining a hands-on approach to support day-to-day financial operations where required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial insight
- Partner with senior leaders on business planning and key decision-making
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Improve financial reporting, controls, and internal processes
- Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
This role will contain a high degree of flexibility, although the preferred candidate will already be based in the Aberdeen area. I am looking to speak to candidates with proven experience operating at FD or CFO level, strong commercial acumen and ideally some experience in M&A activities.
