This highly visible role within the business will allow you to utilise your skill set, develop it further, and enjoy benefits including a compressed working week which culminates in a half day Friday!
Responsibilities:
- Manages the enterprise systems and arranges for system modifications in close coordination with the CIO, system owners, and outside suppliers.
- In compliance with corporate rules, goals, and objectives, will create and manage internal business processes and provide an integrated enterprise suite.
- Creating a structure for ongoing development, promoting analysis and value realisation, and gauging the goals and strategies of the business.
- Supports Departments in carrying out long-term strategy and attaining the business goal.
- In charge of solution architecture and business process establishment for the delivery of an integrated enterprise software suite that satisfies corporate controls, legal requirements, and business functional needs all while having an easy-to-use user interface.
- Focus on leading division-wide analysis and improvement initiatives and making sure cross-functional end-to-end process continuity.
- Measure the company's goals and strategy by using a business value engineering methodology and value assurance KPIs.
- Establishing a robust management framework in ensuring user support, system access control, management of change and continually optimising the user interface.
