In this role you will be the welcoming face of the organisation, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Duties:
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with courteous and professional etiquette, transferring calls or taking messages as needed.
- Assist with hospitality duties such as catering support for conferences.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft packages.
- Maintain organised front desk areas, including scheduling appointments and managing visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and preparing correspondence.
Experience:
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data management, and document preparation is highly desirable.
