FT Recruitment is supporting a long-standing and market-leading business that is looking to add a Senior Business Analyst/Finance Power BI Analyst to its Business Intelligence team. This position will act as a key bridge between C-suite leadership and Business Intelligence specialists, Applications & Database managers, along with general business functions to ensure that reporting and data structures are aligned, insightful, and enable informed strategic decisions.
Key Duties:
- Deliver accurate, timely, and business-relevant reporting for Group offshore operations and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with application and database managers to align asset categories, ensuring consistency and reliability across all reporting systems.
- Act as a key link between executives, BI teams, and operational functions, ensuring reporting solutions support strategic goals.
- Support BI teams in creating dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting packs that showcase performance, delivery, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with offshore operations to standardise reporting practices and ensure consistent measurement across regions.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, driving planning, forecasting, scenario modelling, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role, including finance, commercial, and operational reporting, while having a strong understanding of business performance drivers. Power BI & Excel modelling experience is essential for this position.
