An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading organisation within the offshore energy services sector on a 12-month contract basis.

This role will play a pivotal part in delivering a major business transformation project, leading the implementation of a new ERP system across the business.

Working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors, you will take ownership of the project lifecycle from planning through to successful deployment, ensuring delivery remains on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business requirements.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise platform across all business units

Manage the transition from existing legacy systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Coordinate data migration, system integrations, testing activities, and go-live planning.

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Work closely with third-party suppliers and delivery partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Engage with stakeholders across the business, providing regular progress updates and executive-level reporting.

Drive change management initiatives, supporting user training, system adoption, and business readiness.

Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring teams remain focused on achieving key objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale system implementation projects.

You will possess strong stakeholder management skills, be comfortable managing external vendors, and have experience overseeing data migration, system integration, and testing activities.

A recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP would be advantageous, as would knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.
