An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Invoicing Assistant to join a busy finance team based in Aberdeen, on a contract basis of initially 3-6 months. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely financial support.
Working closely with the senior members of the Finance team and wider operations team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance activities while ensuring excellent service is provided to both internal teams and customers.
- Preparing and processing customer invoices accurately within the finance system
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer account and invoice queries
- Assisting the wider finance function with additional administrative and accounting duties when required
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and capable of managing their own workload with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a flexible approach to work are essential, along with confident IT and systems experience and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
