We are seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to join our client's growing team, with a primary focus on financial due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and disposals. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of mid-market and lower mid-market transactions, supporting private equity, corporate, and investor clients through critical deal stages.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, commercially focused due diligence, helping clients understand financial performance, risks, and value drivers behind each transaction.
- Lead and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Perform quality of earnings analysis, including revenue, margin, and cost structure assessments
- Analyse working capital, net debt, and cash flow dynamics
- Review historical financial information and assess the sustainability of earnings
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and key value drivers relevant to deal decisions
- Work closely with clients, shareholders, legal advisers, and other professional teams
- Support junior team members through coaching, review, and on-the-job development
This role is well-suited to a commercially minded corporate finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. Candidates will ideally hold a recognised accountancy qualification whilst having in-depth experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or corporate finance.
