FT Recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Business Analysts due to an exciting new opportunity with one of our high-growth clients. This role will focus on understanding, documenting and improving clients' business processes. You will analyse how organisations use their current ERP and business systems, identify areas for optimisation, and recommend where Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Dynamics and Azure can add value, while recognising when existing systems remain the best solution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops
  • Document current and future state processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and gap analyses
  • Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Produce clear documentation for delivery teams
  • Support proposals, roadmaps and transformation initiatives

Candidates will have proven experience in a Business or Process Analyst role. They will also have strong ERP process analysis and documentation skills, whilst being familiar with Microsoft technologies. Exposure to SAP, Business Central, AX, Sun or any other ERP platforms is highly beneficial but not essential. Get in touch to discuss this role in further depth.
