FTRG is working with one of our long standing clients based to the west of Aberdeen who are looking to hire someone on a contract basis. This role is initially to cover a short term period of illness, but with expansion plans afoot, there may be the opportunity to be considered for permanent work within the Finance team.
This role would be responsible for:
- Processing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and expenses.
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers.
- Weekly payment runs.
- Investigating and resolving purchase ledger queries.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assisting the team with other duties as required.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable to be considered, and any knowledge of Navision would be hugely beneficial. Due to the nature of the requirement, I am looking to speak with people who could start at short notice.
