First Steps Together is seeking a compassionate, resilient Behaviour Support Mentor to join our growing specialist education group in the UK. You’ll work one-to-one, in small groups and within lessons to support pupils with SEND and behavioural challenges.
You’ll build positive relationships, understand individual needs, use relational and trauma-informed approaches, and help pupils regulate behaviour and re-engage with learning, under supervision.
