First Steps Together is seeking an experienced Pastoral Lead (DSL) to lead safeguarding, attendance and pastoral practice within the school. You will manage safeguarding concerns, referrals and records while guiding colleagues and building a strong safeguarding culture.
You’ll oversee attendance and engagement, monitor patterns and work with families to remove barriers to education. You’ll provide relational pastoral support and coordinate with SEND colleagues for coordinated support.
