Typical duties include:
- Processing face‑to‑face, telephone and internet reservations, donations and sales of tickets and merchandise.
- Operating the computerised Box Office system and ensuring data input accuracy.
- Serving as the first point of contact for general enquiries, visitors and deliveries.
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers, including internal departments and visiting companies.
- Completing daily cashing‑up and reporting procedures.
Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong customer‑service skills, be computer‑literate, a problem‑solver with cash‑handling experience, and able to work independently while prioritising effectively. Experience with a ticketing system is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Contract Terms: Fixed‑Term; Full‑time; 30‑35 hours per week.
