Macrobert Arts Centre (MAC) is a vibrant regional arts venue at the heart of cultural life across Stirling, Clackmannanshire, and the wider Forth Valley. With a year-round programme spanning live theatre, film, visual arts, and community engagement, MAC plays a key role in connecting people with the arts.
Working within this dynamic environment, the Marketing & Communications Officer supports the delivery of MAC’s marketing and communications strategy. Collaborating closely with the Head of Audience and Sales and the wider team, the role focuses on promoting the organisation’s diverse programme, engaging audiences, and driving ticket sales.
The post-holder will create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns across print and digital platforms, produce promotional materials and press content, and help grow relationships with audiences, artists, and partners. Acting as a key point of contact for visiting companies, they will bring a welcoming and professional approach while contributing to a positive customer and artist experience.
This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and show a genuine enthusiasm for the arts. Flexibility is essential, with occasional evening and weekend work required to support events and activities.
