Our client—a leading provider of integrated security solutions—is seeking a proactive and reliable engineer to join their team in the Southeast. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale, high-end systems across a diverse client base.
Role Overview
As a Security Engineer, you’ll be responsible for fault diagnostics, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive out-of-hours support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity and safety of critical infrastructure, requiring a high level of vetting due to the sensitive nature of the sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls and complete updates via the helpdesk system
- Deliver courteous, efficient, and professional service at all times
- Maintain the company vehicle in good working order
- Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Participate in the call-out rota and adapt to flexible working hours
- Uphold company standards and management systems
- Assist the Service Manager with additional duties as required
