Role Overview

As a Security Engineer, you’ll be responsible for fault diagnostics, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive out-of-hours support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity and safety of critical infrastructure, requiring a high level of vetting due to the sensitive nature of the sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls and complete updates via the helpdesk system
  • Deliver courteous, efficient, and professional service at all times
  • Maintain the company vehicle in good working order
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Participate in the call-out rota and adapt to flexible working hours
  • Uphold company standards and management systems
  • Assist the Service Manager with additional duties as required
