We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our growing D365 team.

The Senior D365 Functional Consultant is responsible for planning, designing, delivering and supporting best in class solutions built upon the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role is accountable for the technical delivery of projects and requires engagement in the full project lifecycle from presales through to operational handover. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate of innovation with a preference towards using new technology to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Architecture and Design of D365 Solutions including (but not limited to) Dynamics CE/CRM, Power Platform, and wider D365 Platform
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM platform developments, including wave releases, new features, and best practices, and proactively incorporate them into solution design and client advisory.
• Client consultancy and workshops to capture requirements and technical design needs
• Implementation and support of D365 Solutions
• Consultancy for migrations to D365, best practice and oversight
• Delivery of training and client workshops in support of our solutions
• Building trusted client relationships
• Mentoring and training of team members
• Technical and commercial pre-sales (e.g. estimating, SoWs)
• Consistent demonstration of high‑quality deliverables and communication
• Continuous improvement through team initiatives
• Accurate time keeping, awareness of commercial budgets and general consultancy good practices

About you

• Possess an excellent understanding of key components of Dynamics 365
• Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities of the broader Dynamics platform
• Ability to provide business analysis consultancy to aid with solution design decisions and requirements capture
• Significant experience of designing and leading solutions using Dynamics CE/CRM
• Experience of taking overall accountability for client outcomes and direction
• Experience of leading project teams in close collaboration with clients
• Experience of Data Governance and Information Protection principals
• Experience of designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts
• Self‑motivated and proactive in staying current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM updates, including platform enhancements, roadmap changes, and community insights and translate them into practical value for clients and internal teams
