What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client cybersecurity frameworks to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement tailored cyber resilience strategies that align with clients' business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy security solutions that enhance clients' defenses against cyber threats.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate client staff on best practices in cybersecurity and incident response.
- Monitor emerging threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape, providing clients with timely insights and recommendations.
- Assist clients in developing and testing incident response plans to ensure effective recovery from cyber incidents.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between cybersecurity initiatives and overall business strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings and recommendations from assessments and engagements.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Fsp and share knowledge on cyber resilience topics.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to cybersecurity and resilience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Fsp's service offerings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our methodologies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure that clients remain compliant and secure.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on resilience and risk management.
- Proven experience in conducting cybersecurity assessments and developing resilience strategies for organizations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in incident response and crisis management, with a track record of successfully managing cyber incidents.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and technologies.
- Experience working in regulated industries, such as finance or healthcare.
- Knowledge of security tools and technologies, including SIEM, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in cybersecurity assessment tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
