We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Skills Consultant to join our growing Digital Change & Adoption team. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of learning solutions that help FSP’s clients build confidence in new technologies and ways of working. You will contribute to learning needs analysis, design engaging training materials, and deliver learning in a range of formats across projects including AI adoption, M365, digital systems and bespoke applications. Responsibilities
- Lead training/learning needs analysis, solution design and delivery across a range of projects to achieve clear outcomes.
- Provide consultancy and advice to clients on the most effective learning methodologies and technologies.
- Manage a range of stakeholders to establish credibility and develop long-term relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver innovative learning solutions.
About you
- Extensive experience / qualification in learning and development.
- Proven ability to conduct needs analysis and design innovative learning solutions using ADDIE.
- Designed, delivered, and evaluated blended learning solutions (face-to-face, virtual, and digital) that drive measurable behavioural change and business outcomes.
- Experience in instructional design to drive user adoption and shift behaviours to meet business needs.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and delivering training to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior roles.
- Able to manage challenging situations, such as shifting or competing deadlines, difficult conversations, and client expectations.
- Collaborative team player, adept at providing and receiving feedback during the design process.
Knowledge and experience of the following would be advantageous:
- eLearning design experience using Articulate 360 or similar.
- Microsoft 365 products and or systems training.
- Consultancy/Management experience.
