Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate D365 Support Consultant to join our vibrant team within the Managed Services division. In this role, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to support, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

This is a hands-on position focused on resolving incidents, delivering small enhancements, and contributing to ongoing projects. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Microsoft D365 and gain exposure to real world solution delivery in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve D365-related support requests, incidents, and queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution for our clients.
  • Deliver configuration changes, customisations, and improvements within D365 and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Work closely with consultants and project teams to assist with solution delivery, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend opportunities to optimise and improve client solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of fixes, changes, and procedures, and contribute to team knowledge bases.
  • Engage directly with clients in a support capacity, providing clear communication and an excellent service experience.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues across other Microsoft technologies and services, Windows environments, and related cloud solutions, as required.

About you

  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse), solution configuration, and integration concepts, with a desire to build deeper expertise.
  • Enjoy problem solving and are confident troubleshooting functional and basic technical issues within D365 and related platforms.
  • Can manage and deliver changes or enhancements, following best practices.
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently with clients, translating technical information into simple, understandable terms.
  • Are eager to learn, develop your skills, and progress your career within the Microsoft D365 ecosystem.
