Facilities Manager needed for a global law firm - we are seeking a polished and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running, presentation and service standards of its London office. This is a broad corporate facilities role, suited to someone who can take ownership of the workplace environment, manage internal service standards, and coordinate external providers. The role will suit someone with experience across facilities, front of house, catering, office services and workplace standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day facilities operation of a professional London office.
- Managing front of house, reception, catering and office services standards.
- Ensuring meeting rooms, client areas, hospitality spaces, staff areas and general office presentation are maintained to a consistently high standard.
