At FSEW, we are looking for an experienced and proactive B2B Marketing Assistant to join our team in Cardiff. This is a role designed for a "self-starter", someone who doesn't need a daily to-do list to get moving. Because this is a part-time position, we need someone who is highly organised and can make every hour count. You will be the "engine room" of our marketing activity, taking ownership of our digital presence and lead generation support while working closely with the team in our Cardiff office.
The Role
- Digital Presence: Take full ownership of our LinkedIn page. You’ll draft professional posts, engage with key accounts, and keep our brand "top of mind" in the UK B2B space.
- Email Marketing: Coordinate and send out our B2B newsletters and automated email sequences.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep our database clean and GDPR-compliant. You’ll be the person ensuring that when Sales picks up the phone, the data is accurate.
- Content Support: Proactively update sales brochures, website copy, and case studies to ensure our messaging is always current.
- Office Collaboration: As a primarily office-based role, you will be the "go-to" person for marketing support, assisting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and event prep.
The Person
- Proactive & Reliable: You see what needs to be done and you do it. You enjoy the autonomy of managing your own workload within your part-time hours.
- A "Figure-it-out" Professional: If a software tool glitches or a process seems slow, you’re the first person to troubleshoot and suggest a better way.
- Local to Cardiff: You are comfortable working from our office for the majority of your hours to ensure seamless communication with the team.
- B2B Focused: You understand that B2B marketing is about professional relationships and clear value propositions.
- Tech Skills: CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce), Canva, Adobe, MS Office suite.
