THE ROLE We are looking for an HR Assistant to play a key role in delivering excellent HR services internally and externally. You will work as part of our fast-growing team and alongside Governance, Risk and Compliance industry experts and as part of a wider high performing corporate services team. The HR Assistant will work closely with the Head of People and will be responsible for all aspects of HR Administration. RESPONSIBILITIES Administering the day-to-day operations of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exiting Assisting with the process of employee recruitment and sourcing of independent contractors, vetting candidates, and issuing employment offer letters and contracts in a timely and accurate manner Managing the onboarding process and ensuring all colleagues are onboarded into the company efficiently and effectively and in line with company culture Compiling and maintaining HR information systems ensuring accuracy of data Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits, managing all administrative and processing outputs from annual remuneration review processes. Supporting the learning and development framework throughout fscom and managing the coordination of training programs, workshops and seminars, and professional accreditations. Proactively managing internal and external reporting requirements on HR Being the first point of contact for guidance around company policy and application. Proactively delivering employee communications in a timely manner and driving any required support via monthly newsletters and townhalls. Manage the performance review process, encouraging regular and timely feedback and proactively supporting a culture of high performance Stay up to date with the employment legislation and best practice requirements to continually improve HR delivery across the company Office administrative duties as and when required Any other duties as reasonably required ESSENTIAL CRITERIA At least 2 years of relevant experience working in an HR role in a busy and demanding environment Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite, with attention to detail. Solid administrative and organisational skills with exceptional and reliable attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task Key understanding of confidentiality, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the business Ability to work with, and communicate information clearly and effectively to colleagues Quick to learn, curious with initiative, and constantly striving to develop technical expertise Collegiate outlook with the ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative Reliable DESIRABLE CRITERIA Experience in a professional consultancy environment fscom reserves the right to expand the criteria for this role dependent upon the number of applications received.
