As a Graduate GRC Consultant, you’ll be trained by industry experts to deliver audit, assurance, and regulatory support to a diverse range of clients within the payments sector including well-known brands and cutting‑edge fintech businesses. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, learning directly from experienced consultants, leaders, and specialists. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build technical expertise, and accelerate your career in one of the most in‑demand areas of financial services.
With full training and ongoing support you will:
- Deliver high‑quality compliance work products for our clients
- Work across multiple projects covering financial crime, information security, consumer duty, safeguarding, and more
- Partner with clients to shape and implement their regulatory strategies
- Conduct compliance audits and make meaningful recommendations
- Work closely with the fscom team, contributing to exceptional performance and a positive culture
- Stay up‑to‑date on evolving regulations and spot opportunities for clients and the company
- Support wider business initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑focused environment
What we are looking for:
- A relevant and relatable degree 2.1 or above
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong organisational ability where you can handle multiple deadlines and projects
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- A team‑focused mindset and pride in the quality of your work
- Motivation, professionalism, and a desire to build a successful consultancy career
- 1+ year experience in a professional services or advisory environment (not essential)
