About the Role
Our client (an international medtech company) is rebalancing its online model towards stronger direct-to-consumer capabilities. In this background, we are seeking a commercially driven and digitally savvy Global Channel Enablement Lead to accelerate performance across its global e-retail and marketplace ecosystem. The role will play a key part in enhancing online visibility, customer engagement, and commercial execution across international digital channels. Blending commercial strategy, e-commerce excellence, partner management, and omnichannel activation, the position is designed for a high-impact profile able to drive scalable growth initiatives across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local teams to elevate online commercial performance and execution.
- Build and support strategic growth plans with key e-retailers and marketplace partners.
- Optimize digital shelf visibility, merchandising standards, and customer journeys.
- Identify and address friction points across the online-to-offline consumer experience.
- Lead omnichannel initiatives and coordinate international pilot projects.
- Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to support market acceleration globally.
